Went 5-10-23 at 12:30 pm in the Sioux Falls SD empire mall location to get my glasses adjusted and my customer service was absolutely awful I felt like I was bothering the 2 girls working there.I have always had good service over the years but this time I would have fired them on the spot. I would have liked to have ordered a new pair but I ended up walking out and will either go somewhere else or go another day when my usual guy is there. They really knew as I walked out I wasn't happy with my service
"This company is the worst"
This company is the worst! I was forced to get my eyeglasses here due to my insurance. After visiting one store that was completely rude and blew me off (like they didn't need my business), I drove 25 miles to another location, and while the sales person was helpful, i placed my order, waited two weeks and upon notification that my glasses were ready (drove another 25 miles) the order was COMPLETLEY WRONG!!! Call the main visionworks number filed a complaint and nothing was done, no apology, no gas reimbursement. I wanted to cancel, but really needed the glasses through insurance. NEVER AGAIN!

"Horrible"
Last year the doctor made very inappropriate comments. My husband pushed me to go back. Doctor refused to give me the correct prescription told me women don't need to be able to read. I have argued with them to finally be told I am difficult. During the exam he wouldn't even do anything I could see properly through. So now have glasses & contacts I can't really see through. I was told he would not change my prescription.

"That star should not be here"
That star should not be here. I give this place a zero. I went to the Visionworks in Hadley MA. The glasses I received were not usable. Cheap plastic, distorted vision - a total waste of money. I was not at all impressed with the help. Avoid at all cost.

"Rude employees Fayetteville, NY store"
I have tried to visit this store 3 times. Each time has been worst than the last. As I waited for the front desk to answer a question, the gentleman was on the phone rolling his eyes at the customer on the phone, and when he got off, he laid his head on the desk and went oh my God! The woman at the desk did not know anything about the coupons and proceeded to give me the wrong information. This last time that I tried to go to the to this office, the two ladies at the front desk acted like I was an inconvenience and by the way, I was the only one in the store at the time. And the gentleman behind them made some snotty comment about me. I find this behavior unacceptable. And if I could find the person that hired these individuals, I would question the interviewing process. I will no longer ever go to this Visionworks, and will let others know that this is not the office you want to go to in Fayetteville, New York.

"Won't honor 100% satisfaction garantee."
Had glasses made at store. Reader part of lense needed adjustment. Since insurance coverage was used up on glasses they refused to see me. What's sense of guarantee if not going to honor it. No wonder reviews are bad.

Visionworks attempted to adjust my new pogressive eye glasses but couldn't get the focus right, which caused dizziness and headache. Per Visionworks, if your glasses aren't perfect, they will fix them. Guaranteed. It turned out, they couldn't fix the problem and we had to keep it with no exchange or refund.

"Great service"
The workers were quick and knowledgeable. Had back to back appointments for my kids and myself and everything went smoothly. Le'Ashia was very helpful with making sure my checkout went well and that I received my glasses add ons that I wanted.

"I was treated horribly On the glasses…"
I was treated horribly On the glasses side of the vision works in Brooklyn Ohio. Not only did the measure and then make my glasses incorrectly. As was verified by eye doctor, they then proceeded to lie to me about how long it would take for the insurance to be available to go to another provider, Management refused to give number of corporate office to follow through with reinstatement of benefits, quote its online Vision works .com look it up. Was contacted by both their regional and corporate managers told they will talk to their people the rest is company policy and they would expedite the request to the insurance company. This did not happen as of this morning a week later insurance company has received nothing. They even went as far as falsifying the response to the better business bureau. The regional manager even went as far as saying the problems i was having with the glasses was due to my age not that they were made wrong EYE DOCTORS ARE AWSOME PURCHASE GLASSES AT YOUR OWN RISK.

"I have been going to Visionworks for…"
I have been going to Visionworks for the past 15 years. And generally had good experiences. But, in the past 5 years, 3 sets of glasses for both my wife and I, the quality of the glasses has been bad. The lens would yellow after a year, halo effects, and the prescription was off. I got glasses on line at a competitor at a fraction of the cost with the same prescription and no issues. Seems like whomever does Visionworks lens manufacturing the past 5 years is sub-standard quality.

THE STORES NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. EVERYTIME, I SET UP AN APPOINTMENT THEY NEVER HAVE MY INFORMATION OR JUST CAN NOT FIND ME IN THEIR SYSTEM AND HAVE TO GIVE MY INFORMATION OVER AND OVER AGAIN. THEY WANT THE CUSTOMERS BUT DO NOT WANT TO DO ANYTHING TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMERS.

"Absolutelly the worst people work there."
Was calling (Eden Prairie MN spoke to a Jessica) to let them know I was going to be 8 minutes late and was told not to bother because if i was late 10 minutes I would be re-scheduled. Was very snippet and rude on her delivery and was condescending. This is not the first issue I have had over the years, just done with this company, I will find someone that wants my business. I feel this company will not last long as their reputation and history is awful.

"So disappointing"
After waiting 5 hours to finish first visit,then waiting 4 weeks with no call back to pick up,we went in and they were there.The prescription was wrong and had to come back for another exam and wait again to get my glasses that were wrong again.
They gave me my glasses without my Nike case they came with and gave me a vision works case.
600 dollars and I'm done with them.im taking them to another eye doctor to have it done right.
They owe me a case and 600 as far as I'm concerned.
And don't try calling because Noone answers.
So disappointed and disgusted.

"Incompetent"
This is the last time myself or anyone in my family will ever go there again. The doctors write the wrong prescriptions, they are impossible to get a hold of,, they are always taking off. After 4 return visits, my prescription was still wrong. In addition, you can be on hold for 30 minutes before a message comes on to have you leave your telephone number for them to call you back. Which of course never happens. The are incompetent and unprofessional.

"Bad customer service"
Trying to get someone to from the store to find out if contacts arrived and the phone system sends me to customer service center. The on-line is not helpful either. I need to talk to someone in the store but still sends me to customer service center. The worst, I've been waiting for about 3 weeks for contacts
