"Easy exchange, no hassle"
I ended up having to return my glasses because the fit just didn’t feel right, like they were sitting kind of weird... Took them back to visionworks and they helped me swap them out quickly. No attitude, no long wait, nothing like that. it was way easier than I expected.

"Service used to be a lot better"
I used to have better experiences with their customer service, but this time was disappointing. I called twice and ended up waiting way too long both times, only to get quick, rushed answers once someone finally picked up. The glasses themselves were fine, so no real complaints there, but trying to get help was more frustrating than it should’ve been.

"Booking was fine... but the time changed!!!"
I got everything booked without much trouble, but then the time was changed at the last minute!!! Kind of frustrating, honestly... I wish there had been more notice!!

"Good experience getting new glasses"
I went in to get new glasses and overall had a good experience. The staff was professional but still easy to talk to, and they walked me through the different options without making me feel like I was being pushed into spending more. I did end up waiting a bit longer than I thought I would, which was a little annoying since I had skipped coffee that morning and was already kind of impatient. But everyone was polite and kept checking in on me, so it didn’t feel like I was forgotten. I’d go back again

They did take my insurance, which was a relief. But figuring out what was actually covered took a while. A lot of back and forth. The staff was fine overall, I just wish they had explained everything more clearly upfront.

The site was easy to navigate, but a lot of the frames I actually liked were either out of stock or not available in my size, so I had to settle for a different pair. After I paid, I’ll admit I felt a little unsure since the selection had already been kind of hit or miss, and I was hoping everything would go smoothly. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, I just wish there had been more options available.

"Really Disappointed With the Cleanliness"
I walked in and couldn’t believe how dirty the place felt. The floors were covered in dust, and the counters looked grimy like nobody had bothered to wipe them down. It’s frustrating because keeping things clean is basic, and whoever’s responsible clearly wasn’t doing their job.

"Not Sure These Lenses Were Worth It"
I’m not totally sure if I just expected too much, but the lens quality really didn’t seem that great to me. They work, I guess, but the clarity wasn’t what I was hoping for. Maybe I got a bad pair, but overall I’m a bit disappointed.

"good exam, but pricing was a little confusing"
the eye exam itself went fine and i’m happy with the glasses, but the pricing was kind of confusing. some of the deals looked really good online, then when i got to the store there were extra costs i wasn’t expecting. the staff did explain everything once i asked, which i appreciated, but i do wish it had been more clear upfront.

"Easy Insurance Experience Overall"
I used my insurance at Visionworks and, overall, it was a smooth experience. The bill ended up matching what I expected, which was a relief. I did have to ask one question because something wasn’t totally clear at first, but they handled it quickly and got it fixed without any hassle. In the end, everything worked out fine and I was happy with how easy it was.

I mean, visionworks was easy to get around. I found frames quickly, and the filters, like, actually helped instead of just making everything more confusing. Checkout was simple too, which was nice because I didn’t have to click around a bunch or figure out where to go next. It’s just kind of refreshing when a website works the way you expect it to.

"Decent site, but the frame options felt limited"
I hopped on Visionworks just looking for a simple pair of frames, and the site was easy enough to browse. That part was fine. But the selection felt a little thin to me. A lot of the styles looked similar, and the color options were mostly on the plain side. Maybe it depends on what’s available near you, but online I just didn’t find much that stood out, so I ended up checking a few other sites

I used a promo code when I ordered my frames and it actually knocked a nice amount off, which I appreciated. "Great fit right from the start"
My first impression when I put on my new glasses from Visionworks was wow, these actually fit right. They didn’t slide down my nose like my old pair, and the arms weren’t pinching behind my ears, which is usually the first thing that bothers me. I wore them all day at work on day one and pretty much forgot I had them on. Really happy with how comfortable they are, and I appreciated that they fit well without needing a bunch of adjustments

I was a little cautious at first and kept an eye on the tracking, but my glasses actually showed up faster than I expected. The tracking was decent too, so I felt a bit more comfortable while waiting.

I got my glasses fixed under warranty, and the staff was nice enough about it. It just took longer than I expected, and I found out some things weren’t actually covered. Maybe that’s how these warranty deals usually go, but I wish they had explained the coverage more clearly upfront so I knew what to expect.
